The Designed for S60 Devices logo program has been set up to help software developers let you know that their particular software is designed for S60 devices.

The logo indicates to you:

That the application in question is designed to run on the S60 platform. However, note that any responsibility for the functioning, support, or content of the application remains with the application provider.

The application provider informs you, in connection with the use of the logo, which S60 devices the particular application or software is intended to be used with. If your phone is not on the compatibility list, that application may not work on your phone.

Logo program for developers

The Designed for S60 Devices logo is available for software developers only. Developers may use the Designed for S60 Devices logo only when marketing products that are designed for S60. To qualify for the Designed for S60 Devices logo, the application developer must ensure that the software in question meets the criteria set out in the usage agreement between Nokia and the application developer.

These criteria cover the software's technical functions as well as the content that is featured. However, please note that software associated with the Designed for S60 Devices logo is offered independently by the companies who create and market such software designed for S60, and Nokia does not provide end-user support or any kind of warranty for such software.
